Pokerstars forced to remove casino games on Spanish platform

The launch of casino games on the Pokerstars platform hasn't been a huge hit, hosts had hoped it had been much bigger desire for players. Many believe this could be one excuse for them possibly beginning a shut down.

Spanish gaming regulations say that all players must have access to hand histories via blackjack on the gambling platform, Pokerstars do not provide this. Speculation over the reasons have risen, Pokerstars might be using this as an excuse to simply wash out the access to the casino as it's popularity turned out to be deflated.

On the flip site PokerStars have recently launched a new live poker platform in the Philippines at the City of Dreams Manilla casino:

“Our relationship with City of Dreams Manila has been nothing short of amazing in our poker room in Macau”, says Danny McDonagh, Director of Live Operations for PokerStars in Asia.

“I have the utmost confidence that our continued collaboration in Manila will take poker in the Philippines to new heights”.

The new poker room offers round the clock cash games and regularly scheduled tournaments at 14 permanent tables.

This is an exciting concept for players that will hopefully be available to everyone.
