2016 NBA Championship - Who's Gonna Make It?

Last year’s NBA tournament was truly a disappointment to Lebron and the rest of Cleveland Cavs as they loss the championship against Golden State Warriors. Although some haven’t yet moved on, there were some counter analysis and statements about the mismatch happened especially without having the help of the power forward Kevin Love and point guard Kyrie Irving. However, the rematch on Christmas day only proved that Golden State still possesses the power to have the championship in their hands. Can the warriors defend their throne against other hungry teams? Or, will they loss their journey to a back to back championship?

In a release in Las Vegas, NBA enthusiasts arrived into the conclusions of the top 5 teams to win the championship this season (2015 -2016). Although some of the scheduled games were already done, pretty sure we can’t help but to continue analyzing the stats of each team and wait for the most anticipated games in the semis. However, even with the recent information that actually changes from time to time, we can already figure out the teams that have chances to enter the playoffs. In addition to that, data from oddsmakers would be a great help in determining the strongest teams, and before the recent season gets underway folks already have their bets and have determined the top 5 favorite teams.

#5 – Los Angeles Clippers
With Odds of 15-1, Clippers managed to come back from their defeat in the Western Conference after D’Andre Jordan scorn against Dallas and returned to the team. On the other hand, Paul Pierce entry to Clippers would bring so many chances for the team to score victory in the next series of games.

#4 Oklahoma City Thunder
With the odds of 15-1, it’s no surprise Kevin Durant and the rest of Oklahoma thunders manage to come up with stunning records after the last year’s 45-37 finish not to mention Westbrook’s MVP-caliber performance in the last series of games.

#3 – San Antonio Spurs
If you thought San Antonio Spurs were too old to win the championship, you’ve got it wrong because they are still included in the top 5 strongest teams with odds of 13-5. Sounds basic or boring basketball as it can be but Duncan and the rest of the team truly knows how to do it. They’ve finished the last season with good stats and probably they are just waiting to replenish the team with some of the hidden talents.

#2 – Cleveland Cavaliers
Even if they’ve been defeated last season against the Golden State warriors, LBJ is said to lead the team to the finals with odds of 13-5. With the help of the starting lines, Las Vegas concludes Cleveland can heat up with the Big 3 experiments. But who knows, they might struggle in the finals again just what happened in the previous championship.

#1 Golden State Warriors
As many expected, GSW remained powerful with 25-1 standing after losing to Milwaukee Bucks’ With odds of 8-5, GSW remained the crowd favorite dominating the competition all season long. Although there are doubts from other folks, they can never underestimate the shooting power of Stephen Curry and the hesitation plays of other power forwards.
