I recently entered the world of responsible gambling.

Gambling

The gambling bug it molests you. It hugs you before it inwardly digests you.
It does not hide nor shy away. It beckons you near to come and play.
It taunts. It tease. It gives you the tools. It gets you excited, makes you act like fools.
It never balks when you try to resist. For it has plenty of others that show interest.
And never a care at how hurt you may be. The bug is merely there to take your money.
Compassion is not part of the game. The game is to allow your habit to remain.
You may wonder how you break the spell..? Simply turn your back and shout, "GO TO HELL."
But..! Were it that easy, to turn and depart. You'd have done it already, in the beat of a heart.
So know, it's not easy, once you've been caught. Simply bear in mind, the lesson being taught.

Tin Can, this is a creative subject for a poem as poetry can be about anything. Good job.
